Thank you for shopping at luxismark. Our online shop provides unique fashion products from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production.

Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction.Our customers’ satisfaction is at the first place, returning a product is easy and quick!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions andsubmit a request for return and exchange: If for any reason you are no longer satisfied with your order, you can returnand exchange the product by informing us within 15 days from the delivery date. Exchange or return shall be reported within 24 hours after order is received. Get in touch with our Customer Care.

  • Product must be returned to us within 15 days from the date it was shipped to the customer.

Note*: For some of our products like clothing, we are not able to provide replacement services because on a luxury product we cannot resell used products.

* We can not refund for the correct products delivered, only replacement will be given.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material,courier receipt, invoice and other papers.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

If you return a package that does not meet these criteria, it will be denied. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by our warehouse. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in roughly 5 to 10 business days. At Luxismark, our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies.
